200 ml of Ivory Black (by Michael Brown)

“This piece was done by squeezing out the entire contents of a 200 ml tube of Winton Ivory Black oil paint. I then stencilled the paint one number at a time (1, 2, 3 and so on) until I got to the number 27 and ran out.

This piece is part of a new series where the content of the painting is determined by the quantity of the paint.”
